We aim to serve the immediate community and workforce. Our potential clients include the public and private sectors of the community, corporate businesses and community organizations and service providers. We also provide services for professionals, mission teams, and students traveling overseas, persons returning from assignment overseas, and persons arriving from other cultures.

The present day workplace is more complex with greater demands placed on both leaders and employees. Because of the interdependence resulting from the complexity, task management is a primary method of accomplishing work tasks. Along side of the interdependency, there is an ever increasing “globalization” of the community due to the populations moving and migrating. This results in a new level of diversity in our workplaces and wider community.

This cultural diversity is also perceived as cultural differences. While this diversity enriches our local communities and workplaces, it also has the potential to create confusion and frustration. In the workplace, this translates into missed opportunities and even lowering productivity and causes a loss in revenue. Because people in the workplace are not communicating successfully across these cultural barriers, poor working relationships may result in non-productive time in the workplace.
